 After
I walked away from the day-to-day demands of Jazzberry’s Uptown, I
took the time to write down a few of my all-time favorite recipes for the Jazzberry’s
Cookbook. I also introduced people to the rich variety of ethnic
grocery stores where even the most exotic ingredients can be found.
After
signing several thousand books,  catering seemed to be the next logical
stop. When people heard that I was offering full-service catering, Plunkett’s
Fabulous Food took off from its brand new 2100-square-foot
catering studio at the Genesee Valley Regional Market.
As
you might expect, all this keeps me very busy, but not too busy to start
writing my next cookbook, which will hit the bookstores next summer.
